I have visited the bosch at IFA in Berlin, last weekend, and yes, the bosch Varioperfect machines have a quiet ecodrive motor too(Whisper quiet). When, if, they are released in the uk I bet they will have the motor too!

Wonder if bosch will soon follow and use an induction motor. It was the only thing that put me off bosch, there motor’s are bloody loud lol
