How big of a bulldozer can these go on?

cool. this is the first time i have seen rippers on the blade.

The first part of the video is of the operator showing the backup rippers for the camera. The the worksite allowed the camera to get a good view of the backup rippers while the dozer was backing up over the windrow, even though it was in sandy soil. The second part of the video is in west Texas, where the ground is hard and severely dry compacted. When i came to the site, the operators were ripping to increase the production of the tractor pushing dirt.

is that mud? what kind of material is that? rippers are most handy in hard material.
