Yep, just like all the highways.
But yea, this construction cause freights to be delayed. On the way back to downtown Chicago, I saw 4 freight trains waiting on the metra I was on to clear out because the freights didn’t have three tracks to use. That would have been more videos I would have gotten. Construction sucks.

That first piece construction equiptment is a new one to me. Isn’t it a little ironic that when one E-W road is under construction, the other E-W roads next to it are also under construction, while the UP E-W line is under construction the same time the BNSF E-W line is.
